I like Heineken beer
Like wine, I am very open minded about trying new beers. When I travel, I often try local beers.  Generally, I ask the bartender or waiter for a recommendation.  Heineken is my safe choice, though.  When I don’t feel comfortable with whatever else is available, I am always confident that I will enjoy my drink.

Pan seared tilapia with mustard, capers, raw onions, baby tomatoes, and shredded cabbage
This is one of the simplest dishes that Lorena makes.  None of the accompaniments really need a recipe, and tilapia requires merely drops of olive oil to cook.  Add a pinch of salt or black pepper, if absolutely necessary.
