The Australian government Wednesday blamed the United States, not the WikiLeaks founder, for the unauthorized release of about 250,000 secret U.S. diplomatic cables and said those who originally leaked the documents were legally liable.
Indeed, the American Government has a breakdown but that does not mean it is impossible. The bottom line here is that using stolen property is a crime and the property owner cannot be blamed for the theft. It is a crime for me to knowingly use or benefit from stolen property.
